ALBUMS

Making my own albums has never given me the pleasure that listening to record albums by other artists does, so I suppose that’s why I haven’t done very many. I’m not interested in, say, spending six months in a studio looking for the right drum sound. I do albums only when called upon to do them. With the exception of original cast recordings of my own shows (some of which turn out better than others, depending on who’s producing), I’d rather be on the golf course.  Denis King
